Aine Alam a speciallist in work-based learning has set up FETWP to provide support for students and employees in health and education fields with their knowledge and skills development. Support includes group discussions, lectures, role play and individual tuition with skills and coursework. 

 Aine has  twelve years experience in managing child development programmes such as GCSE , Diploma, Train to Gain and Foundation Degree. Teaching and assessing expertise is complimented by 21 years and continuing workplace experience in  early years  and in midwifery.
